At JVH, our primary focus is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and service. JVH maintains a high level of quality assurance in our products. All of our hair is professionally inspected and packaged and each bundle goes through an in depth process to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality of virgin hair.
Exchanges & Refunds
We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase made within the last 30 calendar days if the desired product received is not satisfactory. Exchanges are granted for a product of equal or greater value. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the original packaging and in resale condition with the original receipt.
It is imperative that all orders be checked within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to ensure that the correct item was received per your invoice. Also, please thoroughly inspect the hair. If there are any issues, you must contact us within the seven (7) calendar days of delivery. We will not honor any exchanges or refunds for receipt of incorrect items outside of this time frame.
Once the hair has been unpackaged and processed or dyed in any way, we are no longer responsible for any deterioration in quality or satisfaction. Due to the product no longer being in its original condition as received by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
